1. What is your delivery time for my order?

Orders 3 pieces and under are shipped within 3 days after payment confirmation. Orders above that amount will that 7-14 days for packaging, & shipping process.

2.What’s your payment term ?

All payments will be made in full before shipping or specific special orders.

3. What is your warranty for your machines?

Our machines have a 7 day after delivery confirmation policy. Once item is returned with all parts verification, return will be applied only with credit card charges.

4. Do you ship out of state?

Yes! Shipping prices are based off weight.

5.Can you put your own Logo/brand on your machines?

Must purchase 6 or more pieces.

6.Can I be your dealer or distributor in future.

If you have your own facility, will we be willing to add you as one of our dealers, or distributors.

7. Can I change the color of my machines with no own logo?

Only with a minimum of 10 or more machine, will we accommodate this request for gym owners or suppliers of their own brand.
